I used to be such an angry person -- and I took it out on e v e r y o n e

Which -- in hindsight my anger was understandable? I had a hard time processing a lot of my anger & life anywhere except into writing

and it just built and built inside of me and had nowhere to go except out of my mouth.

all the same i'd still beat the shit out of myself.

i did a lot of inexcusably mean things to people; i was rude and thoughtless and volatile like a shaken coca cola

but sensitive & vulnerable as well.
